SURPRISE YOUR FRIENDS WITH THE EASIEST AND TASTIEST RASPBERRY-CHEESECAKE...
Ingredients for 4 glasses
• BELBERRY Royal Preserve Raspberry or Strawberry
• a mix of crushed biscuits
• 1 package of Philadelphia cheese (or other cheese)
• 200 ml of sweetened condensed milk
• 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
• 2 to 3 tbsp of butter
• grated black chocolate
• some fresh raspberries/strawberries
Preparation
Crumble your biscuits in pieces, melt the butter and mix it together in order to have a right crumble-
preparation.
Whip the condensed milk with the cheese for 2 to 3 minutes, then add the lemon juice.
Take a glass and put the biscuit crumble in the bottom and on top the cheese topping. Then, cover with a
layer (+- 1tbsp) of raspberry jam.
Repeat the operation until your glass is filled, then finish with jam.
Keep in the fridge and serve chilled with chocolate shavings and/or fresh raspberries on top. Enjoy!
